how to remove Jetpack plugin

    Hi, I guess I need to upgrade my plan in order to use the Jetpack plug-in. Actually, I wasn’t sure exactly what it is. It shows active but also show an error message. Do you mind please remove it if it is required me to upgrade my plan? Thanks!

    Jetpack is built in to WordPress.com. So, you don’t need to upgrade for that. Can you share more details about the project? We will be happy to help get you things sorted.
