How to remove password protection from downloadable files.

  I have added downloadable files to my media library and then linked them to a page for users to download. I do not have a plugin for passwords, but the downloadable files are requesting a password before users can download them. I checked the status of the page the download links are on and the page, under “status” is public and NOT password protected. How do I make these downloadable files accessible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
