How to remove user

    There is a administrator that I didn’t authorize and I can’t remove the user

    The user name is Angielala…it seems that the other administrator’s information was removed and changed to Angielala but its not me or any other authorized user affiliated with my site…this person’s email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and there is no picture associated with the account so I’m thinking its spam…the site address is http://www.theangielalaexperience.com

    Thanks for the details.

    According to your site’s history, the site owner added the user angielala as an admin on the site and then also made that user the site owner. If this was not intended, could you please ask the original site owner get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to look into it further.

    I’m the site owner but I had someone create the WordPress account for me. I own theangielalaexperience.com domain and all of the content on the site…the person that did the WordPress account for me was the only user that was authorized to be an administrator but her name is Ronnette Cox not this Angielala person that is admin now. “theangielala” is my username and I am an administrator because it is my account but as I previously stated, I had someone else create the WordPress account and update the content when I linked my domain to the WordPress blog. I hope I’m not confusing you. I will contact Ronnette to see if she can get in touch with you. Thanks.

    Thanks for the additional info. Ronette (username msronnettecox) is the original site owner, and she was removed as site owner five days ago by the user theangielala. Please do contact Ronette and have her get in touch with us directly if she didn’t authorize this change. Thanks.

    I am “theangielala” but I didn’t authorize the change…like I said, I think the “Angielala” account did but I will get in contact with her so she can contact you. What is the best way for her to contact you?
