How to remove wordpress site without login credentials?

    Hello,

    A web developer created a wordpress website for my friend’s restaurant (http://chinapandarva.wordpress.com). However, only the developer had the login to wordpress and now we are not able to contact him. Can you please tell us how we can remove this website? It contains outdated information and we are not able to update it because we don’t have the login credentials. If you would like to confirm that my friend is the owner of the China Panda restaurant, you can call her at the restaurant (the phone number is on the web page) to confirm that she would like to have the website removed. Her name is Tina. Thank you!
