How to renew a domain in redemption status with Automattic

    My client’s plan and domain renewal were accidentally refunded and now the domain is in Redemption. We do not need the plan but do need the domain. We want to renew the domain on WordPress.com but cannot get to a human to process the domain renewal because we have no plan, and the domain no longer shows under Domains in our account. Looking for suggestions or a Happiness Engineer who can assist with the domain renewal. Thanks.
