How to renew my domain?

    I’d like to renew my domain. I can’t seem to get it through. I don’t see any “auto-renewal” button on My upgrades and if I try to purchase the domain it simply does not go through and shows the message: “WordPress.com Premium was already in your cart.”

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The WordPress.com account that you are posting from has no upgrades associated with it. That means the upgrade is owned by another WordPress.com account. That would explain why you cannot renew it. You will need to log into the account that owns the upgrade in order to renew.

    Could you have registered a second WordPress.com account at some point?
