how to replace header image with inactive search messages

    Header image disappears, message indicated I can replace it, but the SEARCH indicators aren’t active.

    Hi there,

    If I understand correctly, you’re trying to replace your site’s header image. Is that right? If so, are you doing that in the Header section of your site’s Customizer (which you can open with the “Customize” link on your My Sites page)?

    If you can describe the exact steps you’re taking to do that, and point out exactly what isn’t working as expected, that will help me understand what’s going wrong for you.

    If you’d like, you can also make a screenshot of what isn’t working so I can take a look. You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.
