How to request WordPress to set sites to private?

    Hi, I am closing my businesses and I need information taken down from some sites I can’t recover my old account for. The sites currently have registered office addresses in the footer that I at least need removed because I’ll no longer be their customer. The documentation says ‘you may request that we set it to private so that search engines and users can’t access it.’, and I would like to request this, but the guidance doesn’t tell me how to do this. How do I ask WordPress to make my old sites private? Thank you!
