How to restore a deleted site

  Hi! y name is Tyanna Walker and I am a little new to building websites. I wanted to simply start over with my site content because it didnt end up how I wanted. After following a way to delete it off of google, when I tried to log back in my username was invalid. I accidentally deleted my whole site! Please let me know if there is anything I can do? I paid for my site to be up and id hate to have to pay again :(
