How to restore wpress format?

    Hi everyone, I have a problem to restore a .wpress format. I got it from previous senior but I cant restore it. I did install plugin like All-in-One WP Migration, UpdraftPlus, WP BackItUp Community but still didnt manage to restore since after I extract it didnt appear xml file or any url

    Hey there, can you confirm what site you’ll be restoring to? That particular format is compatible with the All-In-One-Migration plugin. You shouldn’t need to apply further conversions so long as you have that installed. But the site at menate94958979.wordpress.com doesn’t have plugins.
