  I have two forms that have submissions, but I don’t know how to access the responses. Help!

  Are you referring to the form on your Teen Takeover page? If yes, you can see the responses by clicking My Site → Feedback (here’s the direct link). The responses are also sent to you via email. If you don’t see them, make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
