How to send a single article from my wordpress site to ‘pending-review’ section of another wordpress site

I will have to repeat this process with different sites.
Eg: My site is ‘A’ which will be constant in each case. Now I want to send 1 article to ‘pending review’ section of site B from my site. In this case what can I do?
