How to separate ‘visit site’ and ‘visit store’

    I’d been working on my ‘site’ for weeks now. I finally decided to set up woocommerce today. After tinkering with my my ‘store’ after a few hours, i decided to go back to my ‘site’, only to realize they’re one and the same now! My posts are still alive but the whole homepage page, layout etc cannot be found. This is so disheartening. Please advise. Thank you.
