how to set up ttl, value, response & destiny in my site's dns

I’ve been trying to set up Google Workspaces in the last hour. I was able to insert the Gsuite verification code in its own box, but I haven’t been able to continue with the next steps, such as adding TXT register. I’m being suggested by Google to insert a certain TTL number, but I haven’t found the proper box yet. Same with the other fields, such as value/response/destiny.
I’ve received the instructions in Spanish. 😅
