How to solve the "custom font" problem in Guided Transfer?

Guided Transfer store says that we use a custom font so they can’t help us. How can we circumvent this problem?
Should we change our font style to default font to make this work?

We’ll need to cancel your blog’s Custom Design upgrade, but in order to do that, we’ll need to see the request from the user who purchased the upgrade, and I don’t see any Custom Design upgrades under your account.
