how to speed-up loading time for admin page?

  my wordpress admin loads up 19secs to 30secs, is there a way to speed it up? I have active plugins some of it are from woocommerce. my hosting has 8core and 16gb of ram. I tried to adjust the wp memory limit to 2GB, but didn’t do much. the resource is not being used to max, I think my site only use 1%-10% of it.
