How to start again at zero on my site?

  Hello,

  the content of the site of our association has passed into the hands of several webmasters and it is no longer possible to manage it correctly, so we would like to start again at zero, how to do? We only have access to a publication account, how to have all the information about our site?

  To empty your site, see https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  You need the login and password from the account that owns https://mensaprovence.wordpress.com/ to have full access.

  Hi there,

  That site belongs to the user, mensaprovence, so you need to log in as that account to be able to empty it, add other users, etc. Your account is only an editor and won’t be able to do those actions.
