how to stop auto billing that I did not sign up for.

    Hello,

    I really do not know how I was billed 9,800 for this blog service. It was not clear when I signed up or for what.

    I see that I will be charged again in September. I am not interested in continuing this service of for that amount of money so please take me OFF auto-pay. It is unclear how to do that. Do not tell me I have to wait until September to cancel the autopay. I am a mother of 4 kids and do not need one more thing to remember.

    I found this but then I can’t figure out how to cancel the upgrade in Upgrade section on my dashboard…

    Automatic Renewal.
    Unless you notify Automattic before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel an Upgrade, your Upgrade subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such Upgrade (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time in the Upgrades section of your site’s dashboard.

    I’m seeing auto-renewal as being disabled for your site’s upgrades. So you should be all set now. You may receive some expiration warning emails, but you can safely ignore those.
