How to stop billing for an extension

  I noticed that my client who own a WordPress.com account are being invoiced for an extension via that account which they haven’t used for years. How do we stop this please?
  “Sage Pay Form”
  I don’t think that extension even exists any more – SagePay became oPayo years ago.
  Can this be removed from the account or if we delete the account will that stop please?
