How to stop receiving ignoring email from Word Press?

    I hired the developer to help me develop a website, now this developer took my money and is incapable to continue the job, he has set up my email in his wordpress account that is associated with my website, I kept receiving the email from wordpress about “[Installatron] WordPress 4.9.20 now available (security release)” and start getting ignored because I have no access to this developer word press account

    What can I do to raise a complaint so WordPress could stop this guy to use this stupid way to harass me?

    Hi! WordPress is free code that can be modified however the installer likes.
