How to switch site addresses?

I have 2 sites: heatherllynmiller.wordpress.com and heathermillersportfolio.com. I have created my portfolio site under heatherllynmmiller.wordpress.com. I want for the content of heatherllynmiller.wordpress to have the other site’s address, though: heathermillersportfolio.com. How do I do this? Also, I want to ensure that the $99 upgrade I got works on both sites?

WordPress.com upgrades only apply to a single site at a time. You would need to purchase WordPress.com Premium for each site that you wanted it to apply to.

Yes, please point heathermillersportfolio.com to heatherllynmiller.wordpress.com. And once that is done, please ensure my WordPress.com Premium is switched/applied to that account (heathermillersportfolio.com). As it seems I did accidentally apply it incorrectly. Thank you!
