How to take back your website from a third party that went out of business.

  We cannot log into our website because we do not have the user name and password. We hired a third party to take care of our online website. When we wanted to make some changes to the website, we could not make contact to the third party. We do not have the username and password. Is there any way to recover our account? Our proof of ownership is our payments to go daddy to host the site and we can call you from the business.

  What website are you trying to log into? The support staff here at WordPress.com can only help with sites hosted here at WordPress.com. If the site you’re trying to log into is hosted with GoDaddy, you’ll need to get in touch with GoDaddy support to regain access to that site.
