How to take my site down

    I have a WP-admin dashboard where I update my site. I want to take down my site, but have been unable to fin d out hpw. I have looked at your forums, help, youtube and can find nothing on how to take it down.

    Please help as I don’t want the site to be online anymore.

    Hi there,

    Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here neither owns, nor is the user, on any WordPress.com site.

    If your site was built using the open source WordPress software, we have no control at all over it. In that case you’ll need to contact your hosting provider for help deleting the site from their servers.
