How to tranfer a plugin to another user ?

  Hello.

  we got the source from a plugin developer (IP Logger) to update some security reasons and features.
  But we would like to offer that plugin with our name and in our profile.

  Is there a possibility to transfer those plugin to our profile ?

  Since Plugins aren’t available to WordPress.com users, and the fact that you signed up 7 minutes ago and the site linked to your username is empty, perhaps you intended to post this over at the support forum for WordPress.org? http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
