How to transfer my blog to network solution hosting so I can have advertisements

  I would like to transfer my wordpress blog to my network solutions hosting package so that I may place advertisers on my blog.

  How can I transfer all of my current data from http://www.designonce.wordpress.com to do this? I would also like to retain the look of the free template I am using.
