How to transfer my custom domain from one wordpress blog to another?

  I currently have two WordPress Blogs on my account – one has a custom domain, “customdomain.com.” I want to transfer that custom domain from one of my wordpress blogs (blogone.wordpress.com)and assign it to the other (blogtwo.wordpress.com) as I have built a better website on the second and wish that one to go live under the domain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The original site is: appliedeskrimase.wordpress.com
  The new site I would like the domain to be assigned to is: gurojerometeague.wordpress.com
