  How to transfer or map bluehost purchased domain to wordpress free. Do not want to spend the money if I do not have to .. literally just a domain I am using for a landing page.

  Using your own domain with a site hosted on WordPress.com requires a paid plan. Transferring a domain to us costs us money, so we don’t provide that service for free, and we also charge a fee for connecting a domain you already own to your site, same as most other hosting providers on the web.
