How to transfer subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hi All,

  I have just migrated my blog to WordPress.org and I want to bring both my email and wordpress.com subscribers with me. I have read in these forums that Jetpack now has the ability to do this. Can anyone help me with how I go about making this happen?
