How to turn a registered domain into a free-standing blog?

  How to turn a domain into a blog? I just registered a domain, and it shows up as secondary to 2HPencil. I want it to be a free- standing blog. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the domain that you are looking to have be a standalone site? I am currently only seeing one site point to http://2hpencil.wordpress.com/.

  Hi-
  I deleted the new domain and instead started a new blog, finedesignrugs.com.

  I think it’s straightened out.
