How to unlock a domain

    Hi! I’m having a problem with adding my domain. When I try to add the domain I own, I see the information that it is locked to prevent unauthorized transfers and that I need to unlock it at my current domain provider.
    My domain provider sent me an email saying that it’s been unlocked, however, when I press ‘I’ve unlocked my domain’, nothing happens. Could you help me, please?
