How to unlock the domain

  Hello there,

  A few months ago I transfer my domain (riccardochiaberta.com) to wordpress.com.
  I want to transfer it again but I can’t because it’s blocked. Can you please help me?

  Hi!

  Thanks a lot for your help.

  Now it says “You must verify your email address before you can transfer this domain. Resend Verification Email”.
  I click Resend Verification Email but nothing happens, I have’t received any emails (I checked also the spam).

  What can I do?

  Your domain has already been verified and you can initiate the transfer process. If you’re still seeing that verification message I suggest clearing your browser’s cache and try again. Here’s how to do it:

  I cleared my browser’s cache but I’m still seeing the verification message:
  Your domain may be suspended because your email address is not verified.

  Once I click Resend Verification Email I get this message:

  500 status code for “POST /domains/riccardochiaberta.com/resend-icann/”
