How to update domain contact information when the email address is expired?

I’ve been trying to move my website to a new host to save money, but can’t change any of the domain information. The Yahoo email listed is currently being recycled, but each attempt to change the information fails, mentioning something about verifying an address through an ICANN email. Again, I cannot change this because I can’t access the email account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
