How To Upload Custom Theme

  I just downloaded a custom theme but im having trouble upload it. I go to my Theme page but the only option is Manage Theme. How do I upload this theme? if I need to upgrade to a Pro account, which one do I need to upgrade to?

  You cannot upload themes from elsewhere to a wordpress.com blog; those are only for WordPress.org blogs. If you bought the theme, ask for your money back.
