how to upload my themes from desktop?

  I have problem to looking for “upload” button
  I want to upload my themes from desktop
  Help me!!

  You can’t add third-party themes to a WordPress.com blog. You can only choose from the themes you can find on your dashboard Themes page. This is a security measure.
