How to use the credit to "Add a Domain" from the WordPress Value Bundle $99 pkg?

    Hello Everyone,

    I recently purchased the WordPress Value Bundle package and I am having difficulty utilizing the credit to add a new domain. When I go to Store -> Domains, and add a domain I get prompt to pay $13.00. I thought this was suppose to be included, why am I getting this prompt of $13.00? Is there something I am missing here?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
