How toTransfer subscribers from wordpress.com to my new wordpress.org site?

Can I transfer my subscribers from wordpress.com over to my new wordpress.org site? I transferred over all the posts and media, but realize my subscribers are gone! My new site is http://jollergirl.com

Thank you, but the new site is not on WordPress.com – it is on WordPress.org Is there a way to transfer them?

The migration tool link you sent me says that is has to be from WordPress.com to WordPress.com
This is what it says:
NOTE: Both the WordPress.com site that has the followers and the Jetpack site that will be receiving the followers must be using the same WordPress.com user account. -
That means that the site that you are trying to transfer from and the site that you are trying to transfer to must be using the same WordPress.com account. The WordPress.com site would be owned by that account and the self-hosted site would be connected to Jetpack through that account.
Does that make sense?
