How unpublish my site?

  I’m building my new website and have made the mistake of already publishing it online. I want to unpublish it again until it’s ready.
  I have set the home page private.
  Under Dashboard > Settings > Reading under the Visibility options there is only one option: “Discourage search engines from indexing this site”. There are no further options.
  WordPress 4.01 / Valenti 3.2
  Why don’t I have the option “I would like my site to be private”?

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, richardhenrybraitsch.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
