hello, I’m trying to connect my Zapier account with my wordpress account. The Zapier support said ‘I would definitely ask [the Web Host] directly if you can allow access to XMLRPC through .htaccess before making any changes.’ and the Site support said ‘We suggest you please ask your plugin provider and ask them whether you can change/rename the XMLRPC file name and continue to access those features.’ Now, im not sure what any of that means. I’m just trying to connect wordpress with zapier. Thanks for any help.

What is your site URL? Based off of what you are describing, and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

Yes, pearcemullins.com is not hosted with us, but is a self-hosted site. You will need to reach out to your host in regards to this issue.
