    If you are creating an entire website from scratch (theme and contents), you wouldn’t be able to launch it here on WordPressdotcom.

    WordPressdotcom makes things simple for its users so every website comes with a theme already installed. It’s possible to change that theme with Custom CSS, but that requires a paid upgrade to Premium or Business.

    If you want to create your post or page content in notepad+++, you can copy and paste the content into the Post or Page Editor’s HTML tab or if you are using the new block editor, into the custom HTML block.
