  How can i post HTML code on the SOURCE CODE and then publish my webpage?
  I only know HTML code on the front page.

  The HTML code you can use on the wordpress.com platform is very limited, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/#supported-html-tags

  You don’t need to write things in html-code, instead use our visual Block Editor who does all the html work for you, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/
