HTML Code not appearing
-
I am trying to embed a windguru weather forecast using HTML. Whenever I post the code nothing appears.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Weather widgets are JavaScript and the software ill strip it out for security reasons so you cannot use it on WordPress.COM hosted blog.
Here is a link about a work-a-round that may or may not work for you

I am also having trouble with HTML code not appearing. I am trying to post a “Donate” button from my PayPal site.

You cannot use the code provided by PayPal on a WordPress.COM blog. The only instructions that will work for posting a PayPal donation button on a WordPress.com blog are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/ -
Thank you. I have followed the directions so far and they have been very helpful. However, I get confused when I get to Step 14: “Next, you need to add a link on your image. Copy the link provided in the Paypal Email area from Step 6 on this page. Click the image in your visual editor, then click the link icon and paste the PayPal code into the Link URL field.” I can find no such link icon. :(

I’m going to tag this thread for Staff assistance. Another Volunteer may help prior to Staff responding but I didn’t want this thread to fall through the cracks.

Hi Melody,
After you click on the image, you can click on the link icon in the row of icons at the top of the editor. That’ll look like the link icon in step #2 here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/#creating-links
Please let me know if you’re having trouble finding that icon in the editor. :)
