  Hi! I’m just seeing if it’s possible to embed a search box on a test site that I am setting up currently?

  The code is available here: https://support.library.hee.nhs.uk/support/solutions/articles/27000029229.

  I’ve tried inserting both the html and iframe codes, and it works in preview but not on the live site, so I’m guessing there may be security issues with it.

  I read that some restrictions on code can be lifted if they are deemed to be safe? The search box in question links to the recent launch of the Knowledge and Library Hub in the NHS in England, and is a central NHS service.

  The code you can insert in a free wordpress.com website is very limited. That search box uses iFrame which isn’t allowed unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.

  Ah, I see, many thanks! So even the full html code further down on the page I linked to wouldn’t work either?
