HTTP 500 Error

  Hello,

  I tried updating my plugins for my website and then it failed to update and now I cannot access the admin/dashboard page or the website in general. The login page is: http://www.jabaonline.org/wp-login.php and the website is http://www.jabaonline.org.

  Please help.
