HTTP 500 error on my website

  Hello. I had logged in to my admin account for http://www.CM3photography.com when I received a notification for a wordpress update. I clicked on the link for the new update, but then the screen went white and I received an HTTP 500 error. That was over a week ago, and I still have no been able to access my website to update it. Please help.
