HTTP ERROR 500

  Hi,
  Last month I tried to add a backup plug-in for our website (www.41squadron.org.nz) so I could do a backup before a WordPress update and I now get the following error.

  This page isn’t working at the moment

  http://www.41squadron.org.nz can’t currently handle this request.

  HTTP ERROR 500

  I have contacted our web hosts (The Kiwi Web Hosting Company, or Vocus Group), but they have said they cannot help.

  Can you please help
