Http:// to Https://

Hi! I was told by our website’s hosting service that in order to activate our SSL certificate, I had to go into the WordPress Dashboard, choose Settings, choose General, and update those urls from ‘http://(oursite)’ to ‘https://(oursite)’ before I created an ht access file, ran a plug-in, and got our CDN to clear side server caching.

Well, I changed it from http: to https:// and now the site won’t load at all! And when I return to the same General Settings submenu, the option to change the site’s location AT ALL has vanished. Now our site won’t load, and WordPress has no direct contact information I can call to help me reverse it. Does anybody know how to revert the site location for http: for the time being? We need to handle payments through our website, which now won’t load.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
