    I was given a 500 internal sever error. I can not enter my site. It is saying that it does not exist. Please help.

    The only sites I see on your @truecleanliness1 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    I do not see a 500 error on that site. Is it possible you are referring to a site that has been created under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    I tried truecleanlinesscleaningcompany.com but it seems to not be a valid address. You are sure the spelling is correct?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
