  My client had a previous developer create a WordPress website for their accommodation business, which has since been redone on the domain https://twickenhamguesthouse.co.za/ and other properties they owned are no longer linked to just the Twickenham Guest House. The previous developer is not responding or assisting, my client doesn’t have access to the old site, and cannot take it down. The developer also hasn’t transferred the domain to the client, but the results on Google for this property listing, that they own, keeps popping up the old website. How can you assist with this please??
