    My secretary quit and I cannot get access to my site without her email and log in. Please let me know how to access my site in the absence of her communication.

    Hi there,

    The only way to access that site would be to access the WordPress.com account that owns the site. We consider that account and the individual who created it to be the site owner, and we cannot give someone else access to the site under any circumstances, nor can we provide you with any information regarding the account that owns the site except for the username, goldenbeltconstruction

    In other words, the only way for you to access that site is if your former secretary turns the account over to you, or else transfers ownership of the site in the account to your account.
