Hi, My name is Gabby Rocha. I’m a Global Knowledge Manager at Uber Technologies, and I have inherited the https://uberforbusinesshelp.com/ site from a previous owner. I am not sure the details of how we set up our website, but I believe that we host it at Uber. However, whenever we have errors like this one, our internal teams are unsure how to resolve. Can you take a look and help me troubleshoot?
This is the message I’m getting:

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.—-
I did google and looked at the forums however the language is very technical and I was unable to follow. I’m not sure where the wp-config.php file is? Thanks! -
The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
